At EHPlabs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your apparel or gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure all items are in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with tags attached before securely packing them in the original shipping bag.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package over to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed by our warehouse.
